Can't beat the prices on cigarettes, and the food is great, whether you get it hot or cold! I love the place and I'll be back. One thing, though, there's one person whose customer service skills need to be polished (the kid with the washed out multi colored hair on the cigarette side). He personally took you down to a four by not listening and trying to rush me out thr door when I had questions and needed items put on different cards. Everyone else has been wonderful, though! Thanks for everything! Mom

This location is pretty good, but the one down by the freeway. For whatever reason, miraculously, they close it down in the morning, I wonder if their boss knows that they're sleeping in there when they're supposed to be working night shift, so it's been kind of an inconvenience I show up there. Great. It's closed and I'm on my way to Seattle to work. So I either skip it or have just enough time to run up to this location.

Prices and specials are always on point. I generally receive great service. Sometimes the female staff members at the fife location are a little meh or have an off-putting "what do you want" demeanor. But totally appreciate the convenience and prices.

This is about the new carwash, the smoke shop is 4 stars. Used the carwash for the second time today, first time was fine and 8 dollars for their basic is affordable. My car was dirty from being out in the mountains this weekend. All was fine, but when I saw the back of the car later it was not... Pics attached for how super shiny most of the car was, and how the machine did not wash the back of it. This was the soft touch lane. Maybe it was not working correctly it seemed like it was shorter than last time too.

The truth is, I'm a customer at this place and I don't understand what's happened these past few days. I always recommend the food there, etc. Yesterday I bought two hot chocolates to drink, paid for them, and left, and when we were drinking them, we noticed they were tasteless water. They haven't had the takeout food for a day now, like pastries, meats, croissants, etc since days ago. Oh! And they're not making the shakes we love so much and have recommended! What's up with you guys?
