I am so impressed with this business! Sometimes, this just happen in the busy holiday season..... When I phoned Peter ( the manager ) and said there were a few issues with my order, he sent the correct new one. He first confirmed everything in his records and then delivered the new arrangement. Due to a shipping error we didn't receive the flowers on our delivery date, but they worked quickly to make it up to us. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and the presentation was amazing. I would definitely use them again and thank them for helping to make my Mom's birthday right.
What a wonderful experience collaborating with Tri-City Florist! We needed this cross for a funeral and I ordered it the night before. They called to sort out some details within minutes of placing the order. They were super helpful and assured me the cross would turn out beautiful! I purchased the Premium Peace And Prayers Standing Cross - Pastel and asked for as many pink roses and purple orchids as could go on there. SO happy with the result and so were my family members.
I ordered sunflowers 🌻 in a spring bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her 92nd birthday! What she received was purple & pink carnations with a purple bow! When I called to find out what went wrong…some answered the phone “hello “ instead of Try City Florist? He claimed to be the manager, and just said they must have been out of sunflowers 🌻! Very disappointing!!!
