In one word: HORRIBLE! But, let me explain because it might be hard to fathom. My wife and I caught the installers attempting to steal two unopened boxes of tile. They placed the tile in the bed of their truck and tried to hide it by covering with a blanket. One job they did for us the damaged the new cabinets and acted like it was no big deal when they came out to see, then asked us if we could fix it and we said they would need to take responsibility and they became rude. Decided to give them another chance and worked on another job communicating by phone and in person for almost three months.
