Everyone I've met in person at the clinic is great. But something needs to be done about the phone system. No one EVER answers the phone and I never receive a call back from my messages. It's unprofessional and honestly rude. It's making the very difficult decision to have surgery an even more painful process. Please please hire someone to answer phone calls. Or at least call everyone back the same day. Update: It's now been 2 months of leaving messages without a single call back. I'm done with this mess of an office.

Wish I’d never gone. The first appointment (April) was ok, at which the dr ordered xrays to accompany an MRI I’d had previously and a nerve test (needles, electric currents. I completed these and was looking forward to the follow-up appointment (May) because as you know if you’re in this situation, you’re holding on to that hope for relief. Well the follow up appt started 2 hours late and then was only 7 minutes long. We didn’t even get to talk about the xrays she’d ordered. I went in to see my AMAZING Spine Surgeon Dr Sandip Savaliya, MD (I would give him 10 ⭐️ if I could) for a follow up from my spine surgery. I arrived 25 minutes early for a 3pm Post-Op appointment from my surgery of 04/01/25. In Jan ‘25 I had (2) brain aneurysms and meningitis the contributing factor was an old spine injury that Dr Savaliya corrected in an attempt to prevent anymore aneurysms from occurring. My first follow up I still had tape over the incision. Today was supposed to be my 2nd follow up appointment, however,... read more

Communication is horrible at this office!! Everyone is lost and not one person can direct you to the right individual to help. The front staff is hardly at the FRONT. Please make sure to ask for documentation or all paper work at the time of appointment. If not, you will never get what you're requesting because they're LOST!!

Dr. Villarreal is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He was thorough in assessing my ailments. He personally calls for follow-up; when I missed my visit. I love his bedside and office treatment for my concerns. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks Dr. Villarreal for all you do! Renee Kelley
