Went to get patches put on battle vests. Made sure she understood to be mindful of my pocket. Put patch over pocket. Did not even trim threads. She bragged members of Kiss where customers, I wonder how any of them would feel if their pocket was sewn this way? Was told impossible to put patches over seams. Went home looked at other vests and all of them where mindful of pockets and where sewn over seams. The prices where astronomical compared to other places . My fault for not looking at receipt.
First time at Seven Hills Clothiers. The owner was so nice and enjoyable to chat with. Very nice inside with chairs and bar stools at counter. Other customers were also very nice and obviously happy regulars. Prices are the same as other alterations places I've tried. Very pleasant experience and I feel like my clothes are in good hands.
The owner Mr. Dennis was very pleasant, provided excellent customer service and was knowledgeable about alterations. The prices were competitive for the services. I’d highly recommend Seven Hills Clothiers for all your dry cleaning and alteration needs.
I wish I’d found Seven Hills Clothiers sooner. I needed 2 pairs of pants hemmed in fast turnaround and Dennis made it happen. The craftsmanship was outstanding. One was a pair of jeans and after having a terrible experience at a different place with hem job on jeans, I asked Dennis if his team could do a proper hem he promised me they could. Dennis & Tracy did an excellent job on short notice of doing a custom insert in my suit jacket. Their communication was great through the process and the work was spot on. Highly recommend!!
