I agree with the first reviewer. And I have only had the exact opposite experience than the 2nd reviewer. My personal experience was that all of the employees and the owners were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive! I bought two pairs of glasses and one sunglasses. I referred a friend and she also bought several pairs of glasses there. I get compliments all the time and I have never seen anyone with glasses like mine. They are expensive but it's something people see all the time – your face! So to me, it's worth it!
