I am very grateful I chose this orthodontist. They are always on top of scheduling and get me in if I have any emergencies! Dr Craig Young is the best and incredibly smart! I am getting surgery done on my jaw and when I had issues communicating with the surgeons office regarding my surgery date I was frustrated and called Alexis (the treatment coordinator from this orthodontist I am reviewing) and told her my issues she then stepped in and contacted them on my behalf ensuring I get a surgery date. This team is amazing! The office staff is always kind with my 2 kids -- not to mention the doctors and the assistants. I've never heard a single complaint from my kids (except the typical teenage moaning about braces). They are almost done and both kids are very excited to show off their much straighter teeth! The pricing was very reasonable and their website was very informative and helpful. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
Where do I start?! This office is just awesome! The front desk staff are so kind! I never have to worry about calling and changing an appt etc. They are patient and understanding! The rest of the ortho staff is fantastic! They are easy to talk to, happy and quick! We have never had an experience where they are running behind! And Dr. Young is amazing! Sweetest staff, quick appointment and made me not feel rushed, but educated the whole time! They got me in for an emergency appointment to fix my top permanent retainer and I was so grateful they squeezed me in!
they went above and beyond for me! my permanent retainer popped off some teeth and they got me in the same day and sealed it better than it has ever been! switching my ortho home base to here🤍
