1000's of bolts of fabric, all organized by theme/color/material type and neat. This was my first time here and I was looking for a very specific theme for a blanket so I litterally walked up and down each row looking at every bolt before finally deciding on what to get. This spot is fantastic, probably one of the best and rare remaining fabric shops in San Diego. They had a really large selection (I was on the hunt for some interesting quilting fabrics) of very high quality fabrics. Would highly recommend!
Easy to find, large parking lot, very large store with huge variety of quilting and sewing fabrics, tools, designs. Machine repair services onsite. Handicap accessible, no stairs or steps into main entrance or inside store. Well lit store, friendly and helpfull staff. Also sell locally made sewn and quilted products of a gift needed for holidays.
This is far and away the best fabric store in San Diego! It doesn’t look that big from the outside, but it takes up at least five storefronts, which allows them to have a massive selection of fabrics. Since their selection is mainly for quilting, you won’t find a wide variety of specialty fabrics (silk, flannel, etc) but you can find sewing patterns for other things such as aprons and tote bags.
Best fabric store EVER!!! Great prices too. Very friendly and helpful service. It is a colorful feast for the eyes — all the fabric is coordinated so beautifully by color and design type. It is truly a joy to behold.
