I Want to Thank the team at Poway Valley collision! They went above and beyond our expiations in service and quality of there workmanship. They delivered are car better than ever, we were so happy with the work they preformed on our vehicle and the timely matter it was delivered back to us. (Two weeks Early!) Also a shout out to Angel for taking care of us and giving updates on the vehicles status! Thanks again, for taking care of us!! Frank & Jen!!

My experience with Poway Valley Collision was positive from start to finish. When I arrived, Jordan walked around my car with me, noted all the damage from the accident, and worked on the estimate right away. He kept me informed throughout the whole process, and they even finished my car way before the estimated completion date. Everyone at PVC was helpful, professional, and lovely to work with. They made a stressful situation that much easier. Plus, my car looks better than ever!

We've been to PVC a few times in the past 30 years. This month had my Camaro in after the P/S was hit while parked. All the staff were great. Jordon who was my main point of contact was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept my informed of updates when he told me he would. For me that is one of the most important factors. I was in a no fault accident about a year and a half ago. There was $13,000 of damage to my front end. As Poway resident, I knew I would have Poway Valley repair my car. It took awhile, but that is good as they GOT EVERYTHING!! You always hear that your car is never the same. Not with Poway Valley!! I have had ZERO issues since. Many thanks!!!
