The service was great. Everyone was nice and they allowed me to walk in for a Take off and a gel manicure. 1 week later my nails are peeling. Very disappointed. $85 down the drain.
I came here to get a fill since I was on the downtown area. (Not my normal nail place) I'm really thankful I did. As he was filling them, we realized that one was almost broke all the way to my nail bed. Although, it was pretty painful, he was able to fix it with minimal discomfort. I would recommend this place to anyone. It looks clean and they serve you wine which is a plus! I'll be back to see you Henry!
Paid $90 for a TAP manicure 13 days ago and noticed yesterday 4 of my nails are peeling up on the sides. Today 1 came completely off (the layer of gel enhancement) These are my natural nails, not tips. I even said something when she was doing my nails that it was very thin on the sides. I drive 45 minutes to come here for this treatment but think that was my last visit. I don’t have the time to come in to fix them in between regular manicures. Huge disappointment and I would not recommend this place.
Amazing place! Great customer service! Viviane did an amazing job on both my mani and pedi! Definitely ask for her! She hand drew the French and made the best suggestions for my hand type. This is what quality nails looks like!
Been getting pedicure here for a while. Noticed lately staff wasn’t as perfectional. Visit before last had to ask for polish to be fixed. Decided to give it another try was looking forward to an enjoyable relaxing pedicure. Far from that. Very disappointed, he was ROUGH and RUSHED!
