Terrible service. Not worth the money at all. Booked and appointment online and was told their booking system does not work so I did not have an appointment although it was confirmed by them. Both staff who did my pedicure and manicure were so rough they broke skin on several fingers then continued to get gel polish in the cut which was extremely painful. Such a wonderful salon! Great atmosphere, accommodating, polite and very nice staff! Nina is a great nail tech!! Have been going to her for years!
The service was great. Everyone was nice and they allowed me to walk in for a Take off and a gel manicure. 1 week later my nails are peeling. Very disappointed. $85 down the drain.
Visiting Pensacola for work and stopped in this nail salon closest to my hotel for the first time. The man that did my pedicure was phenomenal! My toes definitely needed attention and though he wasn’t the most gentle, he did an awesome job. I would come back again because of him. Decided to also get my eyebrows done and the girl did a good enough job. I asked for change for $20 to give him $15 and her $5 but she gave me 2 $10s. I came here to get a fill since I was on the downtown area. (Not my normal nail place) I'm really thankful I did. As he was filling them, we realized that one was almost broke all the way to my nail bed. Although, it was pretty painful, he was able to fix it with minimal discomfort. I would recommend this place to anyone. It looks clean and they serve you wine which is a plus! I'll be back to see you Henry!
