When he was nine years old, he moved with his family from Sulmona, Italy, to America, and he brought with him a dedication to never cutting corners. Pat founded Marco’s Pizza in 1978, and he’s been cutting delicious slices ever since.

Online order of pizza and chicken sub for delivery. The order specifications were No Bacon and No Mayo on the pizza, nor sub. Upon delivery, the pizza had no bacon as requested, but the sub was full of crumbled bacon. I called to report the problem, which the female supervisor apologized for the mistake, and called the correct order to the staff while I was on the phone. We ordered pizza and salad from our local Marco’s in Fairfield, OH. 2 out of 3 items were incorrect upon delivery. Was informed we needed to return everything that was incorrect when delivery driver brought the correct items over an hour later. So we asked if we could just swap at the store and receive our $4 delivery fee back. After a considerable amount of time on hold, I was told OK. I placed an order for pizza and Temple Terrace the East Fowler Avenue Marcos and I contacted them 30 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be delivered and then they sent me a text saying that it was gonna be another hour so I canceled it. I said I don’t want it. No thank you they send the guy anyway he comes to my door. Can’t speak English, but was unaware that I can speak enough Spanish to tell him to take it with him. Our pizza was excellent but. The delivery driver hit our car that was parked in the street. Left it and went on about his day. We tracked him down from our ring door bell and reported it to the store manager who called the delivery driver. The driver admitted to hitting our car and leaving. Citing he didn’t know whose car it was. An incident report was filled out at the Marcos store on Alexis rd. I’m I was met with the most unrespectful, unappreciative, vital, hostile human being The location was off Remington in Littleton, Colorado. I never in my life have been talked to me by a child. I order a lot from your location and this is unacceptable
