Trying to do an online order was a nightmare. I went to a specific store but the system kept sending my order to an entirely different town and store. So the store canceled it and I tried again. And the same thing happened. Worse online service. My credit card company locked my card dye to activity . Your sites do not give the information of where the pizza is coming from which would have been nice to see so it could have been stopped before submitting. I will never use your pizza services again. We ordered a large pizza and got a pizza that they forgot to put ANY tomato sauce on. We have gotten pizza at the Massillon Marcos many times and previously had been satisfied with their pizza. This is ridiculous. I don't do door dash or companys like it for a reason. Now If I order with your Brooklyn Michigan store it is a doordasher that delivers and charges me $7 extra for delivery and asks for tip. I live 1 mile from the store. I know other pizza chains use inhouse delivery. I will no longer tip your establishment. I'll be looking for permanent replacement for my ordering pizza.
Today I ordered a large pizza: $16.74 delivery fee $5.00 + $1.09 tax for a total of $22.83. When the pizza arrived I asked the girl how much of the $5.00 delivery fee does she get? I got so pissed off when she told me nothing! MP keeps it all. That is a BS delivery fee! It should go to the delivery person! They use their own car, pay their own insurance, and put miles on their cars to deliver a mediocre pizza! Marco Pizza is not worth $30.00.
