I had my first new patient appointment yesterday with Dr. Anderson. She is wonderful and highly skilled! She really listens to your needs and makes recommendations. I was fitted for both eyeglasses and contacts. They have the latest eye diagnostic equipment which makes it easy and fast to have your eye exam done. They have a large selection of eyeglasses to choose from. I started seeing Dr. Anderson last year for regular eye care. I've been very impressed with her and the entire staff. I've had several pairs of glasses made and the quality and process was smooth. Dr. Anderson was especially helpful in referring me to a vision therapist after a stroke last summer that affected my vision. I highly recommend this practice.
I have gone to Dr. Cimbak and Dr. Anderson for years. Both doctors are excellent. Today was an especially wonderful experience. I brought in my very inquisitive 10 year old for her first eye exam. Dr. Anderson took her time, explained every step in great detail, and patiently answered an innumerable amount of questions. We are very grateful for a wonderful experience. We may have a future optometrist in the family thanks to Dr. Anderson.
Fantastic office! They're very thorough, staff are polite too. I really, really like both Dr. Cimback and Dr. Anderson. I also like that they have many frames to choose from in the office.. We never have an issue getting appointments and they squeezed me in when I was having an issue with my eye.. I highly recommend Maple Glen Eyecare!
I have been a patient here for about 15 years. I used to see Dr. Cimbak and now I see Dr. Anderson due to availability. Both are wonderful, make you feel comfortable and actively listen to your concerns. The office has been very attentive with insurance issues and sending requested paperwork promptly. I moved over 30 minutes away about 8 years ago and refuse to go elsewhere.
