I have been a patient here for about 15 years. I used to see Dr. Cimbak and now I see Dr. Anderson due to availability. Both are wonderful, make you feel comfortable and actively listen to your concerns. The office has been very attentive with insurance issues and sending requested paperwork promptly. I moved over 30 minutes away about 8 years ago and refuse to go elsewhere.
I recently visited Maple Glen Eyecare and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr Cimback was great - thorough, patient and took the time to listen and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!
I usually dread going to the eye doctor, but I recently moved and selected Dr. Cimbak as my new optometrist and I’m so glad I did! He is so friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and thorough. He put me right at ease. He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and I was in and out in under an hour. His staff was so friendly and helpful with helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. Highly recommend!
De. Cimbak has been my ophthalmologist for about 14 yrs. And the BEST eye dr ive wver had! He always greets me with a big smile and does a very thorough job on checking the health of my eyes. Maple Glen Eye Care and Dr. Cimbak are wonderful!!! I'd give Dr. Cimbak and the office 10 stars if I could! Dr. Cimbak is pleasant, kind, professional and makes you feel comfortable during your eye exam. He takes the time to talk with you during your exam and always answers any questions. I don't like getting drops to dilate my eyes but Dr. Cimbak does this so quickly that I am not as nervous.
