I have been Dr. Cimbak's patient for many years. I was having an issue and he took me right away. He did a Thorough exam and calmed my fears. He is one of a kind. Very special and the staff are always amazing! So kind and patient. I highly recommend this practice. It's rare these days to find such Dedicated Professionals.
Had another wonderful visit at Maple Glen Eyecare. Dr Cimbak was his normal professional self. But just wanted to give a shout out to great support staff at Maple Glen. Especially to Janeene, who's humor and knowledge made my visit enjoyable. For as long as live in this area, there is no better place I'd rather trust my eyecare than Maple Glen!
Dr. Cimbak is five stars in every way— the best technology, best expertise, best efficiency of any eye specialist I’ve ever had. I have some complex issues that he sorts through efficiently and effectively, all while communicating clearly with me along the way. The office staff is also very helpful and on it. Great experience and great care all around.
The Staff and Doctors in this office are very attentive. They explain everything to you so you know what is happening. I have been coming here for over 10. The office personnel is very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that fits you for your glasses is unbelievably knowledgeable.
I would give 10 Stars if I could. This place is wonderful. I've been in healthcare for 30 years. I've seen good, bad, indifferent, and awful. It's so refreshing and such a privilege to have such wonderful doctors and staff like the people at this office. I felt respected and cared for the moment I entered the office, through the examination ,and the process of getting new glasses and left feeling so satisfied and taken care of!
