I had a wonderful experience. Everyone there was very friendly. I was assisted right away. I was referred by a friend and it was the best decision I could have made for my car. I was having problems with my car starting whenever it decided it wanted to start, and it was becoming a real problem. They found the problem quickly ordered the needed part and put her on. My car starts beautifully every time now. I finally found a place where I feel like my car is in good hands. Thank You Litchfield Auto Repair!
I dropped off my truck Tuesday morning before eight but an hour later all done on my way home, I have nothing negative to say about this establishment. I have done major repairs on my truck and what I can say is I come out happy saying that it’s done right the first time never had to return the vehicle For something that wasn’t done right the first time. I have recommended this place to friends and they have been just pleased. With them.
My car had a few dash lights come on so I took my car to them to get it checked. They are an amazing team! They actually did a full diagnostic check and went over everything on my car. They found a couple of issues and were very up front with me regarding which items needed to be done right now and which items needed to be followed up on at my next oil change. They talked with me about costs and worked with me to get my car back on the road safely! I would definitely recommend them!
I always wanted to try Litchfield Auto and when the AC went out on my 2012 Miata recently it was the perfect opportunity. I dropped the car off around 7:15 AM and went home. At 7:50 they sent me a text with an estimate for recharge and dye test. I authorized that and by 9:30 they had completed the test and sent an estimate for replacing the suction and discharge lines, as they were leaking. Very fast service.
