I dropped off my truck Tuesday morning before eight but an hour later all done on my way home, I have nothing negative to say about this establishment. I have done major repairs on my truck and what I can say is I come out happy saying that it’s done right the first time never had to return the vehicle For something that wasn’t done right the first time. I have recommended this place to friends and they have been just pleased. With them.

I always wanted to try Litchfield Auto and when the AC went out on my 2012 Miata recently it was the perfect opportunity. I dropped the car off around 7:15 AM and went home. At 7:50 they sent me a text with an estimate for recharge and dye test. I authorized that and by 9:30 they had completed the test and sent an estimate for replacing the suction and discharge lines, as they were leaking. Very fast service. Have been bringing my vehicles to Litchfield Park Auto for over 10 years. This last experience was a bit disappointing in that the communication was not up front. Dropped my truck on Monday evening for an oil change and a problem with the TPS system. At 1 PM the following day I had not heard anything so I called for an update. The person that answered told me that the tech working on my vehicle was at lunch so he could not provide any information and promised me a call back at 1:30. He was very short with me. Went in for an engine light problem. Came out to Knock Sensor, they broke it down on the phone what was needed. The price was fair since the labor was ALOT of work but I couldn't pay it since it was uncomfortable. I plan to go back since they were the only honest people I've meet in this area and that means alot to me being a female being scam by other mechanics. Jack and Jenny were patient and awesome. Please keep up the good work.
