Randy Edwards has been very patient and helpful. He assisted me when I had problems with my network and found a simple solution to an ongoing problem with my printer. I appreciate his calm manner - he is great to work with.
I have used LANstat for computer and networking support services for years and have always had a great experience. Lanstar is responsive and thorough and acts more like a partner than a vendor (which I very much appreciate!) Would recommend to any small/medium business who needs computer/network/cloud help.

We had our home wired for Ethernet because our wifi was not getting the job done with 5 people at home using multiple devices at the same time. Randy showed up and spent hours wiring each room and stayed until the job was complete. He even took the time to explain to us how it all worked. We are grateful to not have to rely solely on wifi now and especially grateful for the amazing workmanship and customer service. Thank you!
My experience with them is great. IT issues are almost always Acute, They are prompt. I would give Kathy 6 stars. Always in a good mood, full of energy and willing to help.
