Amerchant was great. He was patient and listened to what I needed help with and made all of the necessary corrections/installs/uninstalls. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Navigated through each piece and was done very quickly. He was a pleasure to work with.
Brian was incredibly helpful in teaching us about cyber security and showing us how to protect our network and data from online attacks and hackers. He explained very technical things in a way that was easily understood by everyone in our group.
