UPDATE: Still waiting for check. (Mid July ‘24) You would be better off donating your furniture to Thrive or Goodwill. After discussing with her, I felt confident consigning several pieces. Some she said she sold and would send a check. Have not received said check nor does she respond to me anymore. I contact every two to three weeks. I should have known better. We dropped off a sectional there before Christmas. It sold and despite following up numerous times, we never received a response whether it sold or not. I finally went into the store and was told by Barbara "they don't check emails" are "too busy to answer the phone" and that they don't notify customers when their furniture has sold. Despite being far too busy to check email or answer the phone, she also informed me she couldn't pay us because she had just paid all her bills.
