I used to always recommend this place and always purchase my hoses here..so I showed up asking how much for a water hose is he gave me a extremely high price and I was like ooo wow no thank you I think its a little high so I bought other items gaskets for hoses and asked for price of another hose for a machinery equipment and he said too expensive for you have a good day I looked up to him and other customers just looked like wow is he serious so he just threw a price out so I bought these hoses here before around $400zone h... read more
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced. I had questions about putting together a radiator hose and showed an example I had mocked up. The Hispanic employee said he couldn't and refused to engage in looking at his stock of misc hoses in an attempt to maybe make up a hose that would work. Employee just sat on a chair and actually told me the reason he was sitting was because he wasn't going to help. He actually told me to go to the Hose Man down the street. The Dude in there Lacks Customer service. He doesn't realize we are paying him. Waited 1hr and he kept Jumping me for other customers even when he already had my hoses to make. Then he proceeds to Talk to other customers like if he doesn't have work to do for other customers. I'm all for being patient but this was ridiculous. I would give them 0 Stars if I could
I went for the first time to have a couple of hydraulic hoses made. The service was great, friendly and quick. Got my hoses and was on my way.
Great price and fast service! Very satisfied. The customer service is great! I really recommend this place. Better prices than the Hose Man! The Hose man charges double than what these guys do. -Steve
