These guys are Always so helpful & professional! Something VERY RARE nowadays. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced. I had questions about putting together a radiator hose and showed an example I had mocked up. The Hispanic employee said he couldn't and refused to engage in looking at his stock of misc hoses in an attempt to maybe make up a hose that would work. Employee just sat on a chair and actually told me the reason he was sitting was because he wasn't going to help. He actually told me to go to the Hose Man down the street. I used to always recommend this place and always purchase my hoses here..so I showed up asking how much for a water hose is he gave me a extremely high price and I was like ooo wow no thank you I think its a little high so I bought other items gaskets for hoses and asked for price of another hose for a machinery equipment and he said too expensive for you have a good day I looked up to him and other customers just looked like wow is he serious so he just threw a price out so I bought these hoses here before around $400zone h... read more
