This is my fifth pregnancy and by far my worst experience. I have come to this facility for previous pregnancies and am so deeply disappointed with the service, or rather lack there of that I received. This baby had been stubborn to show the sex during our gender appointments. Our first tech seemed annoyed and uninterested to attempt to find out the sex. I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel super comfortable and excited for the ultrasound. The room was cozy and relaxing, and the tech was so kind and patient she made sure we got the best pictures possible of our baby. Seeing our little one’s face in 3D was honestly such a magical moment, and the quality of the images blew me away. Coming to Heavenly Ultrasound was probably the best experience I had when I wanted to see my babygirl. One of the workers named Heather, made my experience so warm and welcoming but overall all the other technicians were great! They have so many great packages and the space is nice. I would definitely come here again! Ultrasound tech was amazing. She worked with our requests and was so patient. We brought our daughter with us and she was very welcoming to her. The ultrasound tech went over different pictures, she did her best while our baby was being stubborn during the ultrasound. The place was very clean, wait time was minimal to none. We were rescheduled for a second ultrasound in hopes that our baby would let us see him. I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it.
