I can’t thank Haven Auto Repair enough, especially Eddie who went above and beyond to help me with my car when I needed it most. I wasn’t able to drive to Los Angeles for my son’s important court hearing, so I took the train just to make sure I could be there for him. Justin Williams has an excellent team. Haven provides quality work and the most valuable asset is their integrity. Justin and his team are honest. Honesty is hard to find in car repair shops.. The techs do excellent work and Inspections. The front staff are friendly and great everyone with a smile..The waiting rooms are clean and they have fresh cold water available

The mechanics and service techs were nice and helpful. They diagnosed my entire car like a dealership does and pointed out what was important and what could wait to be completed rather than trying to shove all services in my face at once. They fixed my baby and got her back on the streets again and I am thankful for their work.

I had another review that I've decided to repost. I must say that if you decide to give HAR another opportunity. I been pleased this time around. See Justin, he's one service writer that knows how to treat a client and is knowledgeable about automotive. I've definitely found shop for my vehicles.

I had my first visit to Haven Auto Repair, and I’m genuinely impressed. The staff were welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly (front wheel bearing was failing), provided a fair estimate, and adhered to the timeline they promised. My vehicle feels like new again, and I left feeling confident and cared for. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines professionalism with a personal touch. Highly recommend!
