I can’t thank Haven Auto Repair enough, especially Eddie who went above and beyond to help me with my car when I needed it most. I wasn’t able to drive to Los Angeles for my son’s important court hearing, so I took the train just to make sure I could be there for him. Hi , of coarse 5 stars … first time customer… I came away feeling I will come back from now on to have any multitude of repair / diagnostic work done. Thank you to Cassie … being the point person, you are wonderful and a professional. As are everyone there , place is clean / welcoming, very nice to have your waiting room to be comfortable in. Looking for a good repair shop is like looking for a good doctor. When I went to Haven repair shop I met the most honest and professional staff that anyone could imagine. They diagnosed my vehicle the correct and most efficient way possible. I say all this to say, if you need a good car doctor this is where you need to be. Justin Williams has an excellent team. Haven provides quality work and the most valuable asset is their integrity. Justin and his team are honest. Honesty is hard to find in car repair shops.. The techs do excellent work and Inspections. The front staff are friendly and great everyone with a smile..The waiting rooms are clean and they have fresh cold water available

I had my first visit to Haven Auto Repair, and I’m genuinely impressed. The staff were welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly (front wheel bearing was failing), provided a fair estimate, and adhered to the timeline they promised. My vehicle feels like new again, and I left feeling confident and cared for. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines professionalism with a personal touch. Highly recommend!
