I had received other quotes for my daughter’s brake pads and rotors job. Haven Auto Repair was our choice for demonstrating and delivering incredible customer service, quality workmanship and great price. We plan to take our vehicles for all our maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit to Haven Auto Repair, and I’m genuinely impressed. The staff were welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly (front wheel bearing was failing), provided a fair estimate, and adhered to the timeline they promised. My vehicle feels like new again, and I left feeling confident and cared for. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines professionalism with a personal touch. Highly recommend!

***EDIT*** So today 10/16/2025 I decided to give them another shot. Eddie came to me and accused me of trying to get him fired. He definitely doesn't care about clients. He definitely doesn't care about his job. He definitely needs another career, because helping clients whom need advice isn't his intention, making money is! Remove Eddie as a service writer. Great mechanic shop for anyone looking for fast, honest, and clean work. Their prices are a little high but they do have a 2 year warranty (12,000 miles whichever comes first) on work and parts if you're a AAA member. Kudos to the whole team. I would go here again with my other car. They serve all car years but their specialty seems to be 1980s and above.
