I had a very good experience with Handy & Handy. I was attending a conference out-of-state and had an issue with a hotel. Although it was an unusual case, Preston agreed to represent me. I appreciate how he persevered even as the hotel chain bureaucracy slowed things down, and how it was always easy to contact someone at the office if I needed anything. I received a settlement that was where I hoped it would be and am pleased with the outcome of this long process. I highly recommend Handy & Handy.

Preston and his team especially Jill were fantastic to work with for my ski injury! As others have noted, I felt like they really listened and cared about me and my wellbeing and that came first. They were empathetic, compassionate, and of course extremely knowledgeable. They made the process easy even sorting through all of the insurance EOBs and medical bills. I am extremely happy with the result and feel they were the best possible firm I could have chosen. I give them my absolute highest recommendation.
