Called asking about availability for my puppy to get her first groom. Was able to be accommodated even though they were booked heavily. When I walked in morning of appointment I was instantly greeted and so was my dog. They were very attentive to my dog while I filled out paper work including playing with her and feeding her a cookie treat! The reviews you see are for good reason and I have already booked my next appointment! 10/10 would recommend.

A horrible grooming experience! I brought my bichon puppy in for his first grooming with the owner, Angie. She seemed very kind and experienced with grooming. When I picked him up, I was surprised to see that she cut uneven layers all over his coat and he had hair sticking up in every direction. When I got home and attempted to brush him, I realized how bad it was. Easy to book, quick service, reasonably priced, and very good grooming. The staff is very friendly as an added bonus. I've brought my little maniacs there several time and will continue going back.

Jen and the Grooming at Grayhawk team are amazing every time! My boy Doobie loves his visits here and the newest member of our family had her first trip here today and just came out looking so perfect. They are so awesome here and I highly recommend for anybody looking for good quality grooming with a caring staff who put so much attention into making your fur babies clean and beautiful!
