We stopped here to get some toys for our dog Archie . This was such a cute store . They have everything, food, toys , and collars, you name it . My favorite part was that the owners dog Tiegen was roaming around almost like he was helping customers . I will definitely come back to shop here when I am in town again.
Get a working phone! Business 101, y’all. Google Voice offers FREE numbers. Figure it out. Or do you just not care about your patrons? That’s how it comes across. Drove across town to get a basic item that they don’t carry. Tried calling twice before making the trip, but their number goes to some dude’s cell phone and goes straight to voicemail. On the pricey side but I believe it’s independent ( not sure ) and there was a boxer ensuring the safety of everyone so that was well worth it for that guy
This place is so iconic! I love the way it adds to the aesthetic of the neighborhood when I drive by. The owner is a very kind and fair businessman. And I like seeing the Boxer dog that works there too :) Prices are not always as cheap as Amazon, but it’s worth it to me to support a local business in my neighborhood. Everything inside is good quality.
We (my dog & I, equally) LOVE this place! They have great selection of everything and anything you could possibly need, and the owner is sooo incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He always makes us feel welcome and has no issues sharing treats :) I read some comments here about poor customer service, but honestly I think it’s because he’s not very “in your face” salesy or pushy, he’s very chill.
