Excellent Customer service! Friendly and well versed - I wanted some specific help shopping for a new collar. The staff not only offered recommendations that fit my exact needs at a price point that did not break my bank, they helped me shop for the color I wanted and and transferred her tags.
We visited the Great Outdogs when my pup alerted me to STAHP when we were on a trip in Austin. She saw the stuffed dogs outside and we decided to come and shop! What a great selection of supplies and food and treats. All high quality items, the owner helped me find some new treats to satisfy my dogs insane chewing habit. Was nice to have kind hearted souls welcome us and share some ideas. The assistant who is a Boxer gives a wonderful vibe and made for a great stop. Wonderful place!
On the pricey side but I believe it’s independent ( not sure ) and there was a boxer ensuring the safety of everyone so that was well worth it for that guy
My husband and I really enjoyed meeting the proprietor of this business! He was a very handsome boxer mix and was very sociable. There were no humans in sight and that really worked for us and our dog! I would highly recommend this store.
Fantastic establishment! I brought my two Dalmatians in (one slightly reactive) and the owner could not have been kinder. His dog was so sweet, as well and did not reactive to my dog’s reactivity. It was after we’d taken the pups for a round of putt putt at Peter Pan and so, we thought ice cream would be a good treat for the doggie. We mistakenly thought, two different flavors would be best.
