This place is absolutely fantastic. the people employed here go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome in Pinedale. Everyone we encountered had a great attitude and enjoyable conversations. The rooms were always clean. The ease of access to everything in town is fantastic, walking distance to everything. They also are flexible on check in for later times. Our family is already planning a vacation for next year and we will be returning. Service like that is hard to find these days and a breath of fresh air.

Our stay was wonderful! Rooms were very comfortable with a great bed (slept for 12 hours when we came off the mountain from a 4 day hike!). Rooms had heating and A/C with shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bathroom. They even had a very cute retro mini fridge/freezer and microwave. There was also a binder full of information about the history of the hotel, their community and green initiatives, things to do in Pinedale, and trailhead details. Loved the cozy motel and the care the staff puts into the stay.

Sophia gave us a map of the town and told us the best sandy beach on the lake to take the kids (about 5 minutes from the lodge). Forest told us that they bought and renovated the lodge in 2017 after it had been aba... read more

Love this hotel! Cute little cabins with great decor. Always clean and a perfect location! We often backpack in the Wind Rivers and always stay here when we do!

Clean room, quiet (they have a quiet policy after 10:00 p.m., as I recall), friendly and helpful staff. Would happily stay there again. They let me store some baggage with them while I went backpacking in the Wind River range for three days, and they found a plastic spoon for me to use when I ate my store-bought supper of yogurt and canned pears.
