I had a hard time getting my daughter in to fully complete her asi. We waited close to three months with three separate appointments and we still haven’t gotten it done. The staff didn’t want to understand or listen to my frustration I was constantly called rude and they hung up on me constantly. I feel they don’t understand how it is to watch your child go through substance use and choosing the wrong behaviors.
