We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. I can’t say enough about Custom Creative Remodeling. From initial design to completion… just an extraordinary turnkey experience. I pretty much gutted my place in the Seville neighborhood in Gilbert. Horrible company. We were told 4-5 months on a project and July will mark one year. We are no where near completion. Prices are not what was estimated - timeline is way off. Praveen the owner is horrible to work with and takes no accountability. They have damaged many areas in our home causing more delays. No one has been here to work In Over two weeks yet they are taking on new projects. I wanted to share pictures of our 2016 shower remodel from Custom Creative Remodeling. As you can see our shower grout has melted away like butter even though we were sold a upgrade for Fusion grout that was supposed to be waterproof. You can see that after not even 5 years my shower will need to be replaced, as I have water seeping through my grout, cracks in my tile and the flooring is popping out. I actually went with the most expensive bid hoping to get quality work but, now having to start over before the 5 year mark.

I believe you get what you pay for. Custom Creative Remodeling is not inexpensive. But if excellent workmanship is important to you, this is the company to hire. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail by their craftsmen. Don’t expect the remodel to be done quickly. They took months to complete my project but the patience paid off with a beautiful new bathroom.
