This review is for BHS- Behavioral Health Solutions who are affiliates that work through this office. BHS aggressively markets to facilities where there are already mental health providers, actively poaching clients who have established relationships with other providers. Some facilities report frustration with the frequent calls trying to move to them. They charge the facility for services, when other providers don't. In the 4 years I have been coming here, I have had two therapists (one has moved on) and they were/are amazing. The lady that runs the front office always has a smile and a kind word. My therapist, Hilary Jensen, is understanding that going to therapy is a hard pill to swallow for some. She is patient, understanding, and works very hard to help you progress at your pace. I highly recommend her for trauma therapy.
The counselors are wonderful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. When my kids' counselor moved recently and the replacement didn't end up being a good fit for us, the staff were completely sympathetic and helped us find someone new and get rescheduled as quickly as possible. I love my counselor here, as well. She has been a great help in navigating difficult life events.
I saw Alison for months and she truly is an amazing therapist! She helped me make and through one of the hardest decisions. She was always compassionate, kind and professional. Appointments seemed to always run on time and the office has a very welcoming atmosphere!
Corner Canyon Counseling is such a wonderful place. It’s very clean, very neat, and the providers and patient care administrators are all so nice and so helpful. When you walk in, there’s a small waiting room (with plenty of seats to social distance if you need to). Walk through another door and you come to therapist offices and the check-in desk.
