I had no expectations and this gym was nothing like what I imagined. I thought a bunch of muscle-heads with bigger attitudes. This gym was nothing like that. What an amazing experience for my first real crossfit gym. Nick Cole welcomed me into his shop and spent a lot of time just getting to know my goals and skills before I even tried to pick up a barbell. I've been trying to drop in to Colossal CrossFit for more than a year now but never got the schedule to work. Thanks for the great class today! I have been going to Colossal Crossfit since they opened. There are so many things I love about the place. I love that they have great equipment and didn't skip out on getting the best stuff. That makes sure we are safe while working out. Safety is so important. I feel like the coaches really stress safety by making sure we learn all of the movements correctly and give each member the attention they need to succeed. I just completed the 6 week challenge at Colossal and I am SO happy with not only my results but the knowledge I have gained while attending this gym. I began the challenge 2 months postpartum and it really got me on a fast track to feeling confident again in my own skin!! Everything from the coaches, to the equipment, to the workouts were top notch!! Colossal Crossfit has been such an amazing gym, and we're happy to be apart of the Colossal family. Nick is a great coach, and really knows how to push his athletes to help them achieve their goals, without pushing too far and risking injury.
