FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Maggie is an absolute pro! Every workout is creative and personalized for me and my goals. She creates such a supportive and fun environment. I was dreading getting back into working out but I actually look forward to my sessions with her now! I feel better and so much stronger than I have in years. I’m addicted. 6/5 stars! Highly recommend!

Maggie creates a safe, friendly, and positive environment in her studio. Her workout design covers all the muscle groups and incorporates balance in several places. I learned so much from her and enjoyed each session immensely. Her corrections are supportive and helpful. She is amazing!

Remember how much you loved recess? That's how much I enjoy working out at Building Better Bones and Muscles with Maggie. Maggie is a phenomenal trainer who makes working out fun. She's extremely knowledgeable and motivating. She offers an extensive variety of strengthening and balance exercises every time I go (3 times a week) so it's always engaging and effective. I am seventy-four. I have been keeping fit under Maggie’s guidance for a little over a year now. Thanks to Maggie, I am stronger, have more endurance and have much better balance and all of that keeps improving. BBBM was a great find! Needing a workout to build bone strength and balance became a necessity for my optimal health. Maggie is experienced in providing safe and beneficial routines. I saw improvement quickly! Her studio is well equipped and pleasant. She always provides something new to keep things challenging and fun! And its not fluff, its a WORKout!!! She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to guiding clients looking for ways to build a healthy body. So glad I found her!
