These guys really came through for me. I was in a bind and needed my screen replaced fast, and they took care of it right away. I met the owner, he was awesome super knowledgeable, honest, and gave me the best deal in town. They’ve also got a great selection of phone cases, so I walked out with my phone looking brand new. Highly recommend this place if you want quality work and solid customer service.
Went in to discuss whether or not I should get a new screen or wait to just trade in my iPhone. The people at Big Time Phone Repair were very knowledgeable and helpful as to what I should do and were honest. They also were quick and efficient in giving me a new screen protector. Absolute scam of a business. Paid $130 for a screen and my AirPod case touched the screen and it’s shattered at the bottom. He says he’ll charge me $30 for a new screen… so obviously off a $2 part. Save your money and time. Edit: to the response. I didn’t break my phone. I literally parked my car, my AirPod case brushed up against the screen and it shattered. Worst possible service. I got out of the house late and my normal shop was closed so I found myself here. I ordered some nice screen protectors from a company I had had for previous phones. Not being an expert, I bring it to an expert to avoid bubbles under my screen. The guy “helping me” tonight brought it back with bubbles from dust trapped under the screen and tried to bald faced claim it was a defect in the screen protector. Was referred by a friend when my iphone backglass glass broke and battery started giving out. Peter assured me that he would have my phone ready in a couple hours and sure in fact, he did. Phone works like a charm and the customer service was impeccable. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their phones repaired.
