These guys really came through for me. I was in a bind and needed my screen replaced fast, and they took care of it right away. I met the owner, he was awesome super knowledgeable, honest, and gave me the best deal in town. They’ve also got a great selection of phone cases, so I walked out with my phone looking brand new. Highly recommend this place if you want quality work and solid customer service.
Went in to discuss whether or not I should get a new screen or wait to just trade in my iPhone. The people at Big Time Phone Repair were very knowledgeable and helpful as to what I should do and were honest. They also were quick and efficient in giving me a new screen protector. Absolute scam of a business. Paid $130 for a screen and my AirPod case touched the screen and it’s shattered at the bottom. He says he’ll charge me $30 for a new screen… so obviously off a $2 part. Save your money and time. Edit: to the response. I didn’t break my phone. I literally parked my car, my AirPod case brushed up against the screen and it shattered.
