The owner said he was an honest business but he turned out to be the opposite his secretary and himself told me if I pay for a diagnostic test and later he does the work on the car he would deduct the 150 dollar diagnostic fee. In my case I asked to do the diagnostic due to my transmission having issues but he took it upon himself to replace oxygen sensor and charged me for fixing sensor and diagnostic. My van broke down and I was stranded in Phx, on literally a moments notice Anthem not only came through for me by accepting my vehicle on the spot they started the repairs immediately. The workmanship is excellent and the price was beyond fair and to be honest, I thought it was going to be much more. The professionalism, work ethics and quality of work is second to none. I haven’t had this excellent of service is a very long time. I cannot express enough what an outstanding company this is. I am way beyond grateful
This is by far one of the best and friendliest staff I've ever dealt with in the auto industry.. I have a pretty unique engine set up and have been denied by more then 6 shops to do basic maintenance.. Anthem Auto took the job zero hesitation.. They got my truck right in and they were very honest and got my AC fixed same day and even checked out some extra stuff on my truck for free. Awesome shop
I’m not sure what happened with Steve in my interaction with Anthem Automotive. I had an appointment to drop off a vehicle for service on June 8th. About a week later, since this shop is very close to my business, I stopped and asked Steve what is the status of the diagnostic or repair of my vehicle. I was told that they are working on it.
