As I read through previous reviews by other customers, I see that the ridiculously rude office staff is an ongoing problem. I agree with the one-star reviews previously added here. I scheduled an eye appointment about two weeks ago. After that, I received an annoying number of texts reminding me about the time and date. Fine, I have heard that people don't show for appointments in Las Cruces, so I let that annoyance go. I went in on the scheduled day and time. Great service and seen in a timely manner. The front desk was very friendly. The assistant who did our initial work was very pleasant and caring. The optometrist we saw, Dr. Zaborowski was excellent. He was very thorough, caring, and helpful. The only negative comment was when we were being checked out. The lady made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Otherwise, everything else was pleasant. Will definitely continue to use them for my future eye care needs.
I had the best experience with the staff in the back office and with the doctor I saw. It is unfortunate that after being informed of all of the ways my contacts could fit better and work better for my everyday life - that the option(s) recommended weren’t actually available in office for either of the two options that were discussed. I had a very pleasant experience today 7-17-24 at Eye Care and contact Lens Center. The whole experience went very smooth with competent people at every phase. Dr. Andrew Johnson is very thorough. The whole atmosphere was just pleasant.
The staff at Eyemart are excellent! Very professional and courteous while checking me in and taking me through the pretexts necessary for seeing the Doctor’s examination! The Doctor is also professional and also puts you at ease. He answered questions and concerns in language that was easy to understand. We are fortunate to have this business in our community!
