Even though it was hard to find a doc here in the state, they got me in within a couple weeks, and kept my appt same day when the original doc got sick and called out. Everyone was super kind, even with my allergies sending me into a mild coughing fit with itchy eyes from someone's cigarette smoke, they gave me water to help, which was really kind. It has been difficult to find a good eye Dr here for a few years. I even tried the remote dr experience, and got to the point I was driving 3 hours to an appointment. Well No More! My wife and son convinced me to try this one. A fresh breath of air even when I walked in late. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. I didn't wait long before I was called back, and everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Doctor Johnson was great! I will return here for my next eye exam, and woul recommend this office to anyone. Thank you so much.
Being new to Eye Mart Express my experience was good and welcoming. Everyone was respectful and helpful, the only thing I would say is, I think the eye doctor should introduce himself when he comes into see the patient. Especially being my first time, I don’t know who he was as he walk in.
