Great overall visit. The young lady who took all of the images was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was extremely thorough and informative while reviewing my scans, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated how attentive and patient he was. My only suggestion would be for the front and back desk staff to be a bit more welcoming. I want to publicly thank the whole staff at this facility for taking care of my concerns. The receptionist/technicians were very skilled at dealing with a stressed out senior citizen who had scheduled too much for one day. I was treated with honesty & compassion. I would also like to praise Dr. Z who was extremely busy but took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my eyes & further needed tests. He also possess a very likeable personality which made asking questions much easier.
Fast, efficient service. Very happy with my whole experience!! They had me in and out very quickly. Friendly staff. Then I went right next door and had my glasses picked out and prescription filled with them within an hour! Most places I've ever been always made me wait 2 weeks to get my glasses. This was awesome. I will definitely be back for another pair soon!
My appointment with Dr Johnson and his staff was very pleasant. Even though they were pretty busy, I never felt neglected or overlooked. I was also very impressed by the professionalism of all those involved. Everyone always had a smile for all their patients.
First time visiting. The wait was entirely way too long, after an hour in I regretted it! Not sure if all the pre testing is a way to distract from the long wait. I appreciated all the thoroughness. But the 2 hour and 30 min wait was beyond frustrating. (Appointment was @ 2:40pm left at 5:20pm). Stop being greedy and scheduling so many people if you are going to have such a long wait time.
