It has been difficult to find a good eye Dr here for a few years. I even tried the remote dr experience, and got to the point I was driving 3 hours to an appointment. Well No More! My wife and son convinced me to try this one. A fresh breath of air even when I walked in late. I have been to this office 2 different times within the past month, both were great experiences! The staff were friendly and helpful, almost no wait time in the waiting room. Dr. Z was knowledgeable though during both of our exams. I highly recommend this office and will be back as a regular patient, thank you for taking care of me and my family!
The staff was very pleasant and professional. They were very respectful of my needs and concerns. They provided me with everything I needed. Glasses were done quickly and checked for proper fit and cleaned. Provided cases and lense cleaner clothes.
I had a scheduled appointment at 12:20pm and arrived 20 minutes early to ensure all paperwork was completed ahead of time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t called in until around 1:00pm, and it took another full hour before I was seen by the optometrist. I left the office at 2:15pm—nearly two hours after my scheduled time.
