Fast, efficient service. Very happy with my whole experience!! They had me in and out very quickly. Friendly staff. Then I went right next door and had my glasses picked out and prescription filled with them within an hour! Most places I've ever been always made me wait 2 weeks to get my glasses. This was awesome. I will definitely be back for another pair soon!
Five stars for Dr. Johnson and the team! The appointment moved along perfectly from start to finish. Professional, punctual, and very organized. If you’re looking for a doctor who is both expert in their field and incredibly efficient, this is the place to go!!
My appointment with Dr Johnson and his staff was very pleasant. Even though they were pretty busy, I never felt neglected or overlooked. I was also very impressed by the professionalism of all those involved. Everyone always had a smile for all their patients.
Wait times have been shortened! The staff that guide you to Dr. Johnson is excellent, friendly, kind, and keeps all equipment clean. The only complaint is that I want to fill out electronically the forms before my visit. I used to do that when was in another business and that way, we didn't waste time in the process. It expedites paperwork moving forward.
I see Andrew Johnson, O. D…P.C., style of eye business / operation as the future. My first experience on the phone was pleasant but direct, able to schedule an appointment soonest. Once entered the establishment again pleasant but direct and able to receive an eye exam and support with paperwork directly. Soon after saw the Doctor, examined and reviewed my prescription orders, on the way out set a follow up visit. Business direct, helpful and timely…good job to the team…
