So incredibly happy with our service today! Starting with the front desk staff, so warm and welcoming! They took me and my two kids in as walk ins & quickly too. The doctor was great, so friendly, fun and professional. I will be coming back returning for all our future eye appointments!
It's been a while since my last visit, but it is as professional as always. Since the office has expanded it seems to be running smoother, with more equipment than ever before. Investing in equipment to better serve the customer is a wise investment for the future, not seen in a lot of business. Great business.
As I read through previous reviews by other customers, I see that the ridiculously rude office staff is an ongoing problem. I agree with the one-star reviews previously added here. I scheduled an eye appointment about two weeks ago. After that, I received an annoying number of texts reminding me about the time and date. Fine, I have heard that people don't show for appointments in Las Cruces, so I let that annoyance go. I went in on the scheduled day and time. Great service and seen in a timely manner. The front desk was very friendly. The assistant who did our initial work was very pleasant and caring. The optometrist we saw, Dr. Zaborowski was excellent. He was very thorough, caring, and helpful. The only negative comment was when we were being checked out. The lady made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Otherwise, everything else was pleasant. Will definitely continue to use them for my future eye care needs.
Extremely disappointed with this place. I've had two appointments with Dr Johnson and it took 2 hours for each appt! and a month later I still don't have a prescription. I tried calling to check on my trial contacts and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up and they still haven't called me about my contacts. What a complete waste of time and money and serious lack of professionalism. I would highly discourage anyone from going here.
