I had a scheduled appointment at 12:20pm and arrived 20 minutes early to ensure all paperwork was completed ahead of time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t called in until around 1:00pm, and it took another full hour before I was seen by the optometrist. I left the office at 2:15pm—nearly two hours after my scheduled time. I had a wonderful experience being seen by Optometrist Andrew Johnson. It had been 7 years since I had seen an eye doctor and had new glasses. I was seen in a very timely manner by a crew of professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was absolutely great! They were very thorough in their preventative eye ailment care and were genuinely concerned about my overall eye health. I had an appointment with Dr Johnson OD @ Your EyeCare & Contact Center today. After filling out the necessary preliminary paperwork, I was called in to begin the multifaceted process. All the personnel were very friendly, helpful and professional. The different phases were all computerized and I didn't have to wait very long between the different steps. First off I have to say that the staff was very friendly at this office. But waiting for an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time, Dr. Johnson finally came in. He was clearly upset that I did not want to do a full medical exam and that I only wanted to get a routine vision test for prescription for glasses, which I was clear about when I made the appointment.
