Fast, efficient service. Very happy with my whole experience!! They had me in and out very quickly. Friendly staff. Then I went right next door and had my glasses picked out and prescription filled with them within an hour! Most places I've ever been always made me wait 2 weeks to get my glasses. This was awesome. I will definitely be back for another pair soon!
My appointment with Dr Johnson and his staff was very pleasant. Even though they were pretty busy, I never felt neglected or overlooked. I was also very impressed by the professionalism of all those involved. Everyone always had a smile for all their patients.
First time visiting. The wait was entirely way too long, after an hour in I regretted it! Not sure if all the pre testing is a way to distract from the long wait. I appreciated all the thoroughness. But the 2 hour and 30 min wait was beyond frustrating. (Appointment was @ 2:40pm left at 5:20pm). Stop being greedy and scheduling so many people if you are going to have such a long wait time.
Wait times have been shortened! The staff that guide you to Dr. Johnson is excellent, friendly, kind, and keeps all equipment clean. The only complaint is that I want to fill out electronically the forms before my visit. I used to do that when was in another business and that way, we didn't waste time in the process. It expedites paperwork moving forward.
Staff is professional and Dr is nice but our appointment was at 3pm and we didn’t leave till 630pm. Time management really needs to be addressed this isn’t the first time our appointment has taken this long. I’ve been there 3 times and every time I’m there for way too long.
