It has been difficult to find a good eye Dr here for a few years. I even tried the remote dr experience, and got to the point I was driving 3 hours to an appointment. Well No More! My wife and son convinced me to try this one. A fresh breath of air even when I walked in late. No ability to be warm or welcoming in any way, especially the doctor here. He sure doesn’t like to interact with patients. Other issue is the students working here. One girl at checkout behind the desk, who was not wearing a name identification tag (smart), was useless. She has no future period or especially one in a professional setting. Her attitude was snarky and unacceptable in any kind of customer service setting, and especially in a medical one at that. I will be contacting the university regarding this matter. I have been to this office 2 different times within the past month, both were great experiences! The staff were friendly and helpful, almost no wait time in the waiting room. Dr. Z was knowledgeable though during both of our exams. I highly recommend this office and will be back as a regular patient, thank you for taking care of me and my family!
I had an appointment with Dr Johnson OD @ Your EyeCare & Contact Center today. After filling out the necessary preliminary paperwork, I was called in to begin the multifaceted process. All the personnel were very friendly, helpful and professional. The different phases were all computerized and I didn't have to wait very long between the different steps.
