Every time I come to Southern California to visit I train here constantly. I trained here years ago and they have never let down. The training is top notch, the love and respect is legendary. I trained here in highschool for their kickboxing classes and I absolutely loved it ! Everyone treated me with so much respect and kindness, and I learned so much on self defense plus enjoyed a great workout before training. Coach Franklin is a family man, and I got really close with him and his family during my time there. If you’re choosing a gym to train at, this is most definitely the one!
