I decided to retract via deletion the prior original two-star review entered weeks ago yesterday. The prior review unintentionally might have made it seem as if Dr. Jackson and his attending staff did something wrong. Quite the contrary, they did well and their office staff also addressed the concerns I raised in that original review in a thoughtful, forthright, transparent, and timely manner. I saw Dr. Ryan Jackson, the ladies at front desk were very polite and helpful. The assistant to the doctor was very professional and nice. The Doctor was fantastic, he explained what he was looking for and what procedure would be done. He took lots of time, making me feel at ease and under standing what was going to be done. Making sure to schedule 6 month appointments so any other skin cancer could be found early.
Tracy Clifford is so amazing! She is extremely caring and genuinely wants what's best for you. I'm so happy I switched to A to Z Dermatology. Tracy is so knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure everything is explained correctly and why. Couldn't ask for a better visit each time with her!!
First came in and were greeted by the nice gentleman at the front desk. We were on time for our appointment, and we were taken back almost immediately. What I like is the MA who takes you back gets all the questions done and out of the way, so the new patient paperwork is a lot less which I really appreciated. After two Biopsies and several freezes waiting for results. This is not my first pony ride. A to Z dermatologist, doctors and radiation personal are suburb to fix my skin. Hair. Nails. Over 20 years of care . 5 stars for all treatments. Waiting on autopsy reports in 8 days!
