I recently went to A to Z Dermatology. From the initial phone call, which they made to me. As a Specialist it always seems to be a month or so to get an appointment. They got me in right away. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. Greeted me professionally. I was taken back to the room within 5 minutes of getting there and I was even 20 minutes early. My visit was quick, easy and informative. I arrived early for paperwork and was taken back 15 minutes early since I didn’t have any paperwork, always a nice surprise. Mary, the medical assistant was easy to talk to in the introduction to my visit. I figured I would be waiting a while since I was early but the provider, Helen M., was in the room very quickly. Saw NP Alvaro today and was impressed with how thorough he was in the appointment for my son. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and had been happy with my experience. Medical staff is friendly and competent leaving me comfortable with my visits. Enough so that I started taking my kids for various skin issues. Highly recommend.

The staff are all very hospitable and I feel confident in my treatment by the providers. It is time for the office to get a refresh though. It is looking quite worn and I feel like I've walked into my great-grandma's living room. For a place that is trying to sell me on feeling young and looking my best the facility is not projecting that.

Every time I have an appointment I am treated very nicely. I have come on the wrong day and was squeezed on because I come from 4 hours away. Today I was 45 minutes early and was seen early. Jonathan Alvaro makes you feel important always listens! Mary his M.A was so nice and helpful. I enjoy my visits.
