My visit was quick, easy and informative. I arrived early for paperwork and was taken back 15 minutes early since I didn’t have any paperwork, always a nice surprise. Mary, the medical assistant was easy to talk to in the introduction to my visit. I figured I would be waiting a while since I was early but the provider, Helen M., was in the room very quickly. I'm so lucky that Tracy has been taken care of my skin. This is the second time I had to visit with her. I could never be more happy. Definitely would rate her 20 stars out of five right along with everybody else in that office. I have been with these people for about 3 years and couldn't be happier with anybody else. Thank you everybody for making me feel so good about people taking care of me and trusting. God bless all of you. Thank you for making me feel like a princess every time I come into your office.
They were friendly and very informative. I took my daughter there to get some answers on skincare, some warts frozen off, and to get help with dandruff. All of the staff were very kind (it was her first dermatology visit) and answered all of our questions. They addressed everything in one visit and prescribed things that would help. They did not seem "money hungry" or like they were trying to get a bunch of office visits out of us. I would definitely recommend!
Amber and her dermatology assistant were excellent. Amber was very thorough of her examination of my skin, explaining everything she saw as she went along. Both made me feel very comfortable and welcomed to be there. As always, thank you for a great experience.
Helen was wonderful this time and Amber was wonderful the time before. I very much appreciate and am grateful for you all. You truly care about and for your patients. ❤️
