I would like to save anyone who will listen the time and heart ache of using A1 golf carts. Today occurred the third and final strike. Once again, I spent the entire day waiting for their service a technician as promised to show up for the appointment made to service my golf cart. No phone call to let me know he would be a no-show. In fact, I had to call multiple times to finally find out no technician would be arriving. I had work performed on my cart and painted. The cart returned beautifully done in exactly the color I requested. The service was complete and friendly.
Buyer beware. My experience is as follows: I bought what I thought was a brand new cart from the showroom floor. It was about a year later my batteries went bad. I called for service thinking I may have just received a bad battery and was informed that my batteries were almost 3 years old and they would not cover them. I went as far as talking to the owner who pretty much told me to go fly a kite but in other words. I would definitely do research before you give your hard earned money to them
A-1 is AMAZING! We couldn’t have had a better experience with everyone we worked with. Christian, Vanessa, and Tony are all terrific, as well as the others that were involved in helping us with our cart repairs that we didn’t meet. I would highly recommend this business to anyone as the service, friendliness, and attention to detail are superb. Thank you A-1!
Service was good and price was good. Only problem was I was told it would take 1 week and it took 3 weeks. Mobile service is excellent.
