As you know the car buying experience is never an enjoyable one but I have to say that wasn't the case with Kip at 5 Grand Auto. Derek was the one to help us at the lot and he was also great to work with. My wife needed a car. They didn't have what we were looking for but I gave him the details of what we wanted. I am impressed normally you read reviews and hope they are true. Went today with my Son and was greeted by Patty reviews on her are true she is friendly meets the customer needs way beyond. I recommend Patty for your next car buy she was great. We met the owner and he wanted my Son to purchase the vehicle he could of sold it for the asking price but he knew my Son wanted this truck. My experience at 5 Grand Autoland was spectacular!! Kip and the crew were very helpful and personable. They were very welcoming and understanding of my situation. As a first time car buyer they helped me with the confusing process in a very sufficient and easy way! The team is not pushy, they want the best for you; not to just make a sale. Came in last month looking to shop around. I had been to several smaller car dealers in the area and I was beginning to think I was going to have to go to one of the big chain dealers to get someone who seemed trustworthy. God can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things.. and He did through this place!!! I was on a time crunch to sell all of my belongings and pursue some missionary work in South America.
