I have been seeing Dr. James for several years and he keeps me in good shape, as long as i don't put it off too long. It usually only takes a visit or two to get me functional again. The staff is always pleasant and happy to see us. I have referred several family and friends to them.
New Patient Intro is a SCAM. Made an appointment and they said I would need to have X-rays done first, then consultation and then the adjustment. That sounded fair. Once I arrived for my appointment they asked for ID and insurance card. I told them my insurance would not cover that I would self pay. They told me I could not receive the introductory rate that I would need to pay $450 for my first visit. They said it was in fine print in their ad.
