I just can't say enough great things about 100% Chiropractic, Dr James and his staff. I've been going to there each month for 3 years now. Dr James initially corrected a pinched nerve problem and so I go to him each month for maintenance. Been feeling great and haven't had a problem in those 3 years. Dr. James is great—relatable, empathetic, and attentive to his clients. However, my experience with his front desk staff has been frustrating, as they do not seem to share the same level of empathy or understanding. I arrived for what I believed was a 3:30 PM appointment, having immediately added the time to my calendar after scheduling it over the phone. My husband just started going there for pain in his neck and both times he went Dr. James was very disrespectful to my husband. Talking about him to him. To his face. When I heard what Dr James said I was livid. My husband let him get away with it twice, but won't be a third time. I'll make sure to contact the people that are over him and let them know what's going on. He is not professional at all. A bit arrogant if you ask me. Dr James do better. Be a better person.
